For details of my freelance consulting, tutoring and copyediting services please use the same form. My fees are listed below (in British pounds). I will consider any other opportunities to do paid work on a freelance basis; please contact me with details. You can also book my services via the online calendar.

Please note that if you are outside the UK, you may incur a currency conversion fee when booking.

Consultant

You can book me for a 45-minute call over Microsoft Teams for advice on issues relating to international politics, Belarus, Russia and Ukraine.

Please contact me for information on more substantial consultancy services (e.g. expert reports).

Day rate from £500.

International Relations Tutor

I can provide tuition support for undergraduate or postgraduate-level students of International Relations. I teach in the areas of IR theory, qualitative methods and international security. I can provide guidance on academic writing, research methods and exam techniques.

I do not teach quantitative methods.

GBP £75 per 45-minute tutorial (first lesson £25)

Copyeditor

I offer copyediting and proofreading services for a standard rate.

Please note that I am not taking on any new clients at present for this service (as of August 2025).

Copyediting: £25/1,000 words

Writer

I am available to write copy as a paid service. I regret that I cannot provide unpaid commentaries for online media (I have a blog for that!).
