​Paul offers freelance consulting and tutoring in international affairs. He has a PhD in International Relations from the University of Oxford and his most recent research position was at the University of Warwick. He has broad interests in international politics and security, with specialist knowledge of Belarus, Russia and Ukraine. He can also write, talk and chair events in return for some spondulix.
